Texas High School Volleyball - Bryan tips Freeman

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Bryan Vikings (Bryan, TX) and the host Freeman Golden Eagles (Katy, TX), observed Bryan's volleyball team hold off Freeman by a count of 2-1.

The Vikings (10-20) will now prepare for their battle against The Awty International (Houston, TX). The Rams go into the non-league battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, The Awty International was edged by Schulenburg (Schulenburg, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

The Golden Eagles now own a 3-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host El Campo for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 2. Freeman will encounter a Ricebirds squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Navarro (Geronimo, TX). The Ricebirds record now stands at 13-9.
