The Christian Learning Center Mustangs volleyball squad (Fort Scott, KS), dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Center Place Golden Eagles (Independence, MO)

With the win, Center Place improves its record to 8-1 on the season. The Golden Eagles host Metro Academy (Shawnee Mission, KS) to encounter the Mavericks in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 30. The Mavericks go into the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Mustangs now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Center Place for a MOKAN Christian contest on Friday, September 12.
