In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Central Dauphin East Panthers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the William Penn Bearcats.

The Panthers (1-6) will now prepare for their test against West Perry (Elliottsburg, PA). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record.

The Bearcats now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Susquehannock for a York Area 2 test on Tuesday, September 2. William Penn will face a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Eastern York (Wrightsville, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-0.
