Nebraska High School Volleyball - Millard North can't hold off Elkhorn South

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Elkhorn South Storm (Omaha, NE) volleyball squad got by the host Millard North Mustangs (Omaha, NE), by a score of 2-1.

With the win, Elkhorn South improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Storm host Omaha Central (Omaha, NE) to encounter the Eagles in a A District battle on Thursday, September 4. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 2-2. Omaha Central won 2-1 in their recent non-league battle against Benson (Omaha, NE)

Next, the Mustangs meet the Lincoln Southwest Silver Hawks (Lincoln, NE) in a A District contest, on Tuesday, September 2. Millard North will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Silver Hawks enter the test with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Norfolk (Norfolk, NE).
