With the win, Nome-Beltz improves its record to 3-4 on the season. The Nanooks travel to Kotzebue (Kotzebue, AK) to encounter the Huskies in a 3A Western test on Friday, September 5. The Huskies go into the test with a record of 2-2. Kotzebue lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Barrow (Utqiagvik, AK)

The Grizzlies now own a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they host Mountain City Christian Academy for a 3A Southcentral challenge on Tuesday, September 2. Grace Christian will meet a Lions team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Barrow (Utqiagvik, AK). The Lions record now stands at 7-2.
