Illinois High School Volleyball - Grayslake Central over Lake Zurich

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Grayslake Central Rams (Grayslake, IL) and the visiting Lake Zurich Bears (Lake Zurich, IL), observed Grayslake Central's volleyball team top Lake Zurich by a tally of 2-0.

The Rams (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Deerfield (Deerfield, IL). The Warriors go into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Deerfield was defeated by Lake Zurich (Lake Zurich, IL), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

The Bears now own a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Deerfield for a non-league battle on Saturday, August 30. Lake Zurich will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Highland Park (Highland Park, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 1-0.
