The Slinger Owls prevailed the visiting Hamilton Chargers volleyball team by a margin of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Owls now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Cedarburg for a North Shore outing on Thursday, September 4. Slinger will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Heritage Christian (New Berlin, WI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-1.

The Chargers (10-3) will now prepare for their match against Menomonee Falls (Menomonee Falls, WI). The Phoenix enter the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Menomonee Falls gained a win over St. Thomas More (Milwaukee, WI), 2-1, in a non-league match.
