With the win, Ore City upgrades its record to 3-11 on the year. The Rebels host Quitman (Quitman, TX) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 2. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 11-11. Quitman won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Miller Grove (Cumby, TX)

Next, the Wildcats meet the Gary Bobcats (Gary, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 30. Harleton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-15 season record. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Cumberland Academy (Tyler, TX).
