Lincoln Lynx (Council Bluffs, IA) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Jefferson Yellowjackets (Council Bluffs, IA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Lincoln advances its record to 3-5 on the season. The Lynx host Bishop Heelan Catholic (Sioux City, IA) to face the Crusaders in a Missouri River test on Thursday, September 4. The Crusaders go into the test with a record of 0-1. Bishop Heelan Catholic lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Sioux Falls Christian (Sioux Falls, SD)

The Yellowjackets now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sioux City West for a Missouri River challenge on Tuesday, September 2.
