In Saturday's non-league match, the Nolan Catholic Vikings (Fort Worth, TX) volleyball squad overcame the host Legacy Christian Academy Eagles (Frisco, TX), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Vikings battle the John Paul II Cardinals (Plano, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 30. Nolan Catholic will attempt to move on its 11-3 season record. The Cardinals enter the match with a 12-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Dallas Christian (Mesquite, TX).

The Eagles (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Grapevine Faith Christian (Grapevine, TX). The Lions enter the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Grapevine Faith Christian fell by Lubbock Christian (Lubbock, TX), 2-0, in a non-league bout.
