The Lions (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Ridgewood (Norridge, IL). The Rebels come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Ridgewood beat Regina Dominican (Wilmette, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Pirates meet the Fenton Bison (Bensenville, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 30. Proviso East will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Bison come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Elk Grove (Elk Grove Village, IL).
