Alabama High School Volleyball - Northside Christian over Mountain Brook

The Northside Christian Mustangs volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Mountain Brook Spartans to 0 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Forest for a non-league game on Saturday, August 30. Northside Christian will confront a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Jackson Academy (Jackson, MS). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-2.

The Spartans (4-6) will now prepare for their game against Bishop Kenny (Jacksonville, FL). The Crusaders enter the non-league game with a 4-0 record. In their last game, Bishop Kenny gained a win over Strawberry Crest (Dover, FL), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
