The Peabody-Burns Warriors prevailed the visiting West Pioneers volleyball team by a margin of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Warriors now possess a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Classical for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 30.

With the loss, West drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Kapaun Mt. Carmel (Wichita, KS) to clash with the Crusaders in a Greater Wichita match on Wednesday, September 3. The Crusaders enter the match with a record of 3-2. Kapaun Mt. Carmel won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Buhler (Buhler, KS)
