Texas High School Volleyball - Tidehaven Van Vleck

Van Vleck Leopards (Van Vleck, TX) boosters were in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the host Tidehaven Tigers (El Maton, TX), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Leopards (11-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Fort Bend Kempner (Sugar Land, TX). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 4-13 record. In their last challenge, Fort Bend Kempner was beaten by Heights (Houston, TX), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sweeny for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 2. Tidehaven will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Heights (Houston, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 19-5.
