The Acalanes Dons volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Maria Carrillo Pumas to 1 in the Dons non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Dons now have a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pittsburg for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 6. Acalanes will meet a Pirates team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Alhambra (Martinez, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 0-1.

The Pumas (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Rancho Cotate (Rohnert Park, CA). The Cougars enter the non-league game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Rancho Cotate held off Casa Grande (Petaluma, CA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
