The South View Tigers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting St. Pauls Bulldogs to 0 in the Tigers non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Tigers now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Douglas Byrd for a non-league game on Thursday, September 1. South View will meet a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.
The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Fairmont (Fairmont, NC). The Golden Tornadoes enter the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Fairmont dropped by Purnell Swett (Pembroke, NC), 2-1, in a non-league game.
