North Carolina High School Soccer - Chambers knocks off West Mecklenburg

Chambers Cougars (Charlotte, NC) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host West Mecklenburg Hawks (Charlotte, NC), 3-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Cougars face the Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC) in a Queen City 3A/4A challenge, on Wednesday, September 7. Chambers will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Huskies enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 4-2 league win over North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC).

The Hawks now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harding University for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 1. West Mecklenburg will face a Rams team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC). The Rams record now stands at 0-2.
