Kentucky High School Volleyball - Bishop Brossart edged by Holy Cross

The Holy Cross Indians held off the host Bishop Brossart Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Indians now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newport Central Catholic for a non-league test on Friday, September 2. Holy Cross will confront a Thoroughbreds team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Heritage Academy (Florence, KY). The Thoroughbreds record now stands at 5-4.

The Mustangs (6-3) will now prepare for their test against Villa Madonna (Covington, KY). The Vikings enter the non-league test with a 10-0 record. In their last test, Villa Madonna held off Beechwood (Fort Mitchell, KY), 2-1, in a non-league test.
