The Blue Demons (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Pulaski County (Dublin, VA). The Cougars enter the River Ridge challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Pulaski County was dropped by Carroll County (Hillsville, VA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rockets encounter the Staunton River Golden Eagles (Moneta, VA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 1. Craig County will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record.
