The Knights (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Pinckneyville (Pinckneyville, IL). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Pinckneyville defeated Carterville (Carterville, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Shells encounter the Breese Central Cougars (Breese, IL) in a Cahokia (Mississippi Division) challenge, on Thursday, September 1. Roxana will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Nashville (Nashville, IL).
