The Ogden Tigers smashed the visiting South Summit Wildcats soccer squad by a margin of 8-1 in Thursday's league match.
The Tigers now sport a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Ben Lomond for a 3A Region 13 match on Thursday, September 7. Ogden will encounter a Scots squad coming off a 6-0 league win over Grantsville (Grantsville, UT). The Scots record now stands at 2-4.
With the loss, South Summit drops to 1-6 on the season. The Wildcats host North Summit (Coalville, UT) to encounter the Braves in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 5. The Braves come into the match with a record of 0-2. North Summit lost 8-0 in their recent non-league match against Maeser Prep Academy (Lindon, UT)
