The West Stanly Colts held off the host Parkwood Wolf Pack volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Colts now have a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monroe for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 5. West Stanly will confront a Redhawks team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Piedmont (Monroe, NC). The Redhawks record now stands at 0-2.

The Wolf Pack (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Anson (Wadesboro, NC). The Bearcats enter the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Anson was nudged by Piedmont (Monroe, NC), 2-0, in a non-league test.
