The San Luis Obispo Tigers topped the visiting Arroyo Grande Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Tigers now have a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Paso Robles for a Central Coast Athletic - Mountain test on Tuesday, September 5. San Luis Obispo will confront a Bearcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Frontier (Bakersfield, CA). The Bearcats record now stands at 1-5.

The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their test against St. Joseph (Santa Maria, CA). The Knights enter the Central Coast Athletic - Mountain test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, St. Joseph was knocked off by El Diamante (Visalia, CA), 3-2, in a non-league test.
