The Williamstown Demons prevailed the host Augusta Panthers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Demons now have a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Walton-Verona for a District 32 test on Tuesday, September 5. Williamstown will confront a Bearcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Bellevue (Bellevue, KY). The Bearcats record now stands at 8-3.
The Panthers (1-9) will now prepare for their test against Nicholas County (Carlisle, KY). The Bluejackets enter the non-league test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Nicholas County gained a win over Menifee County (Frenchburg, KY), 3-0, in a non-league test.
