North Carolina High School Volleyball - Bishop McGuinness over College Prep & Leadership Academy

Bishop McGuinness Villains (Kernersville, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host College Prep & Leadership Academy Royals (Jamestown, NC), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Villains clash with the Bethany Wolves (Summerfield, NC) in a Northwest Piedmont 1A match, on Tuesday, September 5. Bishop McGuinness will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Wolves come into the match with a 2-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC).

With the loss, College Prep & Leadership Academy drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Royals host Winston-Salem Prep (Winston-Salem, NC) to clash with the Phoenix in a Northwest Piedmont 1A match on Tuesday, September 5. The Phoenix come into the match with a record of 2-3. Winston-Salem Prep lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Bethany (Summerfield, NC)
