The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Viroqua Blackhawks (Viroqua, WI) and the visiting Black River Falls Tigers (Black River Falls, WI), saw Viroqua's volleyball squad beat Black River Falls by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Viroqua upgrades its record to 3-2 on the year. The Blackhawks host Arcadia (Arcadia, WI) to play the Raiders in a Coulee bout on Tuesday, September 5. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Arcadia lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against West Salem (West Salem, WI)

The Tigers now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they travel to Luther for a Coulee bout on Tuesday, September 5. Black River Falls will play a Knights squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Baraboo (Baraboo, WI). The Knights record now stands at 6-6.
