In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Perris Panthers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the California Military Institute Rough Riders.
The Panthers (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Norte Vista (Riverside, CA). The Braves come into the non-league battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Norte Vista achieved victory over Rubidoux (Jurupa Valley, CA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Rough Riders clash with the Temecula Prep Patriots (Winchester, CA) in a South Valley battle, on Tuesday, September 5. California Military Institute will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Patriots come into the battle with a 8-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Linfield Christian (Temecula, CA).
