North Carolina High School Volleyball - The Master's Academy Challenger

August 31, 2023: Hickory, NC 28602

The Challenger Firebirds topped the visiting The Master's Academy Lions volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's league test.

The Firebirds now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Community Christian Academy for a Western Piedmont Athletic test on Tuesday, September 5. Challenger will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Christian Family Academy (Hickory, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.

The Lions (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy (Lincolnton, NC). The Crusaders enter the Western Piedmont Athletic test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy was knocked off by Nebo Crossing Academy (Nebo, NC), 3-0, in a league test.
