The Staunton Storm volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Charlottesville Black Knights to 0 in the Storm non-league victory on Thursday.

The Storm now have a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harrisonburg for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 5. Staunton will meet a Blue Streaks team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Millbrook (Winchester, VA). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 4-1.

The Black Knights (1-2) will now prepare for their game against James Monroe (Fredericksburg, VA). The Yellow Jackets enter the non-league game with a 3-0 record. In their last game, James Monroe gained a win over Goochland (Goochland, VA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
