Next up, the Trojans battle the Hendersonville Bearcats (Hendersonville, NC) in a Mountain Foothills Seven 2A match, on Tuesday, September 5. Chase will attempt to better on its 6-0 season record. The Bearcats come into the match with a 1-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Polk County (Columbus, NC).

With the loss, East Rutherford drops to 5-3 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Patton (Morganton, NC) to battle the Panthers in a Mountain Foothills Seven 2A match on Tuesday, September 5. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 1-7. Patton lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Hibriten (Lenoir, NC)
