The Cougars (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Ozark Catholic Academy (Springdale, AR). The Griffins enter the 2A West challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Ozark Catholic Academy was dropped by Thaden (Bentonville, AR), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Highlanders meet the Decatur Bulldogs (Decatur, AR) in a 2A West challenge, on Tuesday, September 5. Eureka Springs will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Mansfield (Mansfield, AR).
