North Carolina High School Volleyball - Forest Hills overwhelmed by Montgomery Central

August 31, 2023: Troy, NC 27371

The Forest Hills Yellow Jackets volleyball team (Marshville, NC), went down 3-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Montgomery Central Timberwolves (Troy, NC)

The Timberwolves (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against North Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Black Knights come into the Mid-Piedmont 3A challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, North Davidson defeated East Davidson (Thomasville, NC), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Yellow Jackets encounter the Piedmont Panthers (Monroe, NC) in a Rocky River 2A/3A challenge, on Tuesday, September 5. Forest Hills will attempt to move on its 1-10 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Monroe (Monroe, NC).
