The Hubbard Eagles (Hubbard, OH) volleyball overcame the visiting Poland Seminary Bulldogs (Poland, OH), 3-0 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, Hubbard upgrades its record to 5-1 on the year. The Eagles travel to Struthers (Struthers, OH) to play the Wildcats in a Northeast 8 outing on Tuesday, September 5. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 2-3.

The Bulldogs now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Girard for a Northeast 8 outing on Tuesday, September 5. Poland Seminary will play a Indians squad coming off a 3-1 league win over South Range (Canfield, OH). The Indians record now stands at 4-1.
