The Lanier Christian Academy Lightning topped the host St. John Bosco Academy volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Lightning now have a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Scholars Guild Academy for a GAPPS DI-AAA Region 2 test on Tuesday, September 5. Lanier Christian Academy will confront a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Pinecrest Academy (Cumming, GA). The Spartans record now stands at 3-6.

The (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Oakwood Christian (Chickamauga, GA). The Eagles enter the non-league test with a 11-4 record.
