The Raiders (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Independence (Coal City, WV). The Patriots come into the non-league battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Independence achieved victory over Summers County (Hinton, WV), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Bobcats encounter the Midland Trail Patriots (Hico, WV) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 5. Summers County will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record. The Patriots come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to River View (Bradshaw, WV).
