Georgia High School Volleyball - Peach County Mary Persons

August 31, 2023: Fort Valley, GA 31030

The Mary Persons Bulldogs topped the host Peach County Trojans volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Bulldogs now have a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Academy for Classical Education for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 5. Mary Persons will confront a Gryphons team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Perry (Perry, GA). The Gryphons record now stands at 12-5.

The Trojans (2-6) will now prepare for their test against Sumter County (Americus, GA). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Sumter County was knocked off by Crisp County (Cordele, GA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
