In Thursday's league contest, the North Central Knights (Kershaw, SC) volleyball squad knocked off the host York Prep Patriots (Rock Hill, SC), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Knights battle the Cheraw Braves (Cheraw, SC) in a AA Region 5 contest, on Tuesday, September 5. North Central will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Braves come into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 3-2 league loss to York Prep (Rock Hill, SC).
