The Pelahatchie Chiefs volleyball team (Pelahatchie, MS), was dropped 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the host St. Andrew's Episcopal Saints (Ridgeland, MS)

The Saints (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Madison-Ridgeland Academy (Madison, MS). The Patriots enter the non-league challenge with a 25-1 record. In their last challenge, Madison-Ridgeland Academy defeated Jackson Prep (Jackson, MS), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Chiefs encounter the Northeast Lauderdale Trojans (Meridian, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 5. Pelahatchie will attempt to move on its 4-8 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 12-2 record after their 3-2 league win over West Lauderdale (Collinsville, MS).
