Alleman Pioneers (Rock Island, IL) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Riverdale Rams (Port Byron, IL), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Alleman moves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Quincy (Quincy, IL) to meet the Blue Devils in a Western Big 6 test on Tuesday, September 3. The Blue Devils come into the test with a record of 0-1.

The Rams now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mendota for a Three Rivers test on Tuesday, September 3. Riverdale will meet a Trojans team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Bloomington (Bloomington, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 3-0.
