The Westside Patriots volleyball squad (Augusta, GA), dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Burke County Bears (Waynesboro, GA)

With the win, Burke County improves its record to 7-3 on the season. The Bears host Georgia School for Innovation & Classics (Hephzibah, GA) to encounter the Patriots in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 31. The Patriots go into the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Patriots now own a 3-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cross Creek for a 3A Area 4 battle on Thursday, September 5. Westside will encounter a Razorbacks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Burke County (Waynesboro, GA). The Razorbacks record now stands at 1-2.
