Texas High School Volleyball - Grand Oaks over Dawson

The Grand Oaks Grizzlies (Spring, TX) volleyball knocked off the host Dawson Eagles (Pearland, TX), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Grizzlies now possess a 21-6 record. They play next when they travel to Keller for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 31. Grand Oaks will clash with a Indians team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Brandeis (San Antonio, TX). The Indians record now stands at 10-1.

With the loss, Dawson drops to 10-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Pasadena Memorial (Pasadena, TX) to clash with the Mavericks in a 6A Region III District 22 bout on Tuesday, September 3. The Mavericks come into the bout with a record of 11-11. Pasadena Memorial won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Pflugerville Connally (Austin, TX)
