Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Gallatin County Wildcats (Warsaw, KY) and the host Williamstown Demons (Williamstown, KY), observed Gallatin County's volleyball team top Williamstown by a count of 2-0.

The Wildcats (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Eminence (Eminence, KY). The Warriors enter the District 31 contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Eminence notched a victory over Henry County (New Castle, KY), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Demons meet the Walton-Verona Bearcats (Walton, KY) in a District 32 contest, on Wednesday, September 4. Williamstown will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Bearcats enter the contest with a 8-3 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Boone County (Florence, KY).
