California High School Volleyball - McFarland tips Golden Valley

August 31, 2024: McFarland, CA 93250

The McFarland Cougars volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Golden Valley Bulldogs to 1 in the Cougars non-league victory on Saturday.

The Cougars (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Wasco (Wasco, CA). The Tigers enter the South Sequoia challenge with a 9-0 record. In their last challenge, Wasco got by Golden Valley (Bakersfield, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Pioneer Valley Panthers (Santa Maria, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 31. Golden Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Cabrillo (Lompoc, CA).
