The Hoisington Cardinals (Hoisington, KS) volleyball knocked off the host Smoky Valley Vikings (Lindsborg, KS), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Cardinals now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Scott for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 3. Hoisington will clash with a Beavers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Southeast (Wichita, KS). The Beavers record now stands at 2-2.
