In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Monticello Panthers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Jesup J-Hawks.
The Panthers (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bellevue (Bellevue, IA). The Comets come into the challenge with a 3-1 record.
Next, the J-Hawks meet the Beckman Trailblazers (Dyersville, IA) in a challenge, on Saturday, August 31. Jesup will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record.
