The LeRoy Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Ridgeview Mustangs to 0 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Panthers now have a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Decatur Eisenhower for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 31. LeRoy will play a Panthers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Edinburg (Edinburg, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Ridgeview drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Marquette (Ottawa, IL) to meet the Crusaders in a non-league contest on Saturday, August 31. The Crusaders enter the contest with a record of 0-3. Marquette lost 2-0 in their recent league contest against St. Bede (Peru, IL)
