The McLaurin Tigers prevailed the host Raleigh Lions volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Tigers confront the Jefferson Davis County Jaguars (Bassfield, MS) in a Class 3A Region 6 game, on Thursday, August 7. McLaurin will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Jaguars enter the game with a 0-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Raleigh (Raleigh, MS).
