Next, the Cardinals confront the Danville Admirals (Danville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 10. Wayne County will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Admirals enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Southwestern (Somerset, KY).

The Bulldogs now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Green County for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 8.
