The Jefferson Dragons softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Apalachee Wildcats to 3 in the Dragons non-league win on Thursday.
The Dragons now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Walnut Grove for a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 12.
With the loss, Apalachee moves to 0-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Hebron Christian (Dacula, GA) to confront the Lions in a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 12. The Lions come into the battle with a record of 2-0. Hebron Christian won 12-0 in their recent non-league battle against Collins Hill (Suwanee, GA)
