The Patriots (1-0) will now prepare for their bout against Piedmont Academy (Monticello, GA). The Cougars go into the non-league bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Piedmont Academy was routed by Bethlehem Christian Academy (Bethlehem, GA), 9-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Red Devils clash with the Mary Persons Bulldogs (Forsyth, GA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, August 9. Jackson will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 7-1 league win over Troup County (LaGrange, GA).
